What’s good everyone,
As you know, I’m big on personal health and working out. I wrote some previous articles on getting in better shape and focusing on your goals. I know it can be hard to work towards them, so I’m going to update you on my personal progress and hope that we can motivate each other to reach our goals.
Right now my current goal is to get my body right by July 1st, 2009. I’m in the “get over the hump” stage, so I’m grinding out heavy. Here are my current stats
Week 13 Weight - 191.2
Week 14 Weight - 195.6
Difference Weekly - 4.4 lbs gain
Difference to date: 3.4 lbs lost
Weight Training Expected – 3
Weight Training Actual - 1
Cardio/Abs Training Expected – 6
Cardio/Abs Training Actual – 0
Target Weight – 190
I told yall so! LOL! No cause for alarm, I had a stressful/super duper active week 13, so my body is correcting itself. I didn’t keep up with the pace and purposefully slowed down. As always, I know what I gotta do and I’m still on trach to meet my goal by July 1st. Gotta watch what I eat, and get some type of *ahem* workout in every day. lol.
Nothing major to write. I been slackin in the gym, so i know what I gotta do. Weight drop next week ( a HEALTHY one) and then we go for the kill in week 16.
I may start that P90x soon too. Been hearing great reviews!
