So I checked my phone this morning to see my schedule for the day. It populates all birthdays, meetings, and other important points for me. I noticed something very interesting on this day. Today marks 1 full year of Streetztalk.net! I completely did this for effect forgot, so I had to speak on this! I’ve been writing on and off my entire life, but only started writing consistently since 2006. I started by writing Myspace blogs and Facebook notes whenever a topic interested me, and out of boredom. I got positive feedback from my readers, and many suggested that I start a blogsite of my own. I was hesitant to start one, because it seemed like everyone was doing it, and I didn’t think I would have the patience or time for posting and upkeep. After seeing people like my dudes Mike Brown the Remix, Ced from Nativenotes doing their thing with the notes and blogs, I figured why not? What’s there to lose? Well, 1 year and 201 posts later, I’m glad I chose correctly.
I thank you for convincing me to start this site. I thank you for motivating me to step up my writing and provide entertaining and meaningful content. I thank you for reading and showing me that you shouldn’t let fear and laziness deter you from your passions. This site showed me my true potential and reminded me of a talent once lost. Since this site’s inception, I’ve written for many sites online (blogxilla.com and SingleBlackMale.net) to name a few. I started a Sex a Relationship site, and an internet radio show. The future gets brighter by the day!
I’m very fortunate and blessed for the outlets this site provides. I can share my many loves with you, my general rants, and my observations. As always, let me know what you want me to speak about, continue to support, and show your love for this crazy site!
