Technical Difficulties forced my previous post not to show, so here’s the correct version!
What’s good everyone,
As you know, I’m big on personal health and working out. I wrote some previous articles on getting in better shape and focusing on your goals. I know it can be hard to work towards them, so I’m going to update you on my personal progress and hope that we can motivate each other to reach our goals.
Right now my current goal is to get my body right by May 8,th, 2009. I’m in the “get over the hump” stage, so I’m grinding out heavy. Here are my current stats
Week 0 Weight – 199
Week 1 Weight - 196.8
Differnece Weekly - 2.7 lbs lost
Difference to date: 2.7lbs lost
Target Weight – 185
Weight Training Expected – 3
Weight Training Actual -2
Cardio/Abs Training Expected – 6
Cardio/Abs Training Actual – 2
I added and deleted some categories to make this more intuitive. I ate very healthy this week. No fatty foods or liquor(definite anomaly!). I didn’t get it in that much workout wise, but the good diet held me down. I’m looking to meet or exceed my targets for this week coming up. I’m also making sure I don’t eat late or eat carbs after 4pm. I’ll stick to the script diet wise too. Keep pressing on y’all. Procrastination won’t help. Soon tomorrow will be 2 days ago and your summer sexy will be a summer regret and a fall ‘would’ve been”.
